Back pain can be painful and worrying, but there are lots of things that you can do at home to help prevent or ease these painful episodes. Losing weight and keeping fit can really help with low back pain. Plantar fasciitis can be very sore and can be difficult to treat. Often it can be helped by changes to your footwear or some simple exercises. You can also self-refer to the podiatrist and ask them to check your feet and footwear.
